Ginger-1 small piece
Big onion-2 medium
Green chilly-2
Garlic-5
Garam masala-1/2tsp
Butter-1tbsp
Pepper powder-1/2tsp
Corn flour-3tsp
Coriander leaves-
Salt-to taste
Oil
Carrot -chopped finely 1/4cup
Cabbage -chopped finely-1/4cup
Pineapple-chopped finely1/4cup
Tomato-sliced 1
Big onion-sliced( round )-1
Egg-1
For Mayonnaise Sauce
Refined oil-1cup
Egg-1
Vinegar-1Tbsp
Pepper Powder-1/2tsp
Mustard powder-1/2tsp
Sugar-1tsp
Salt-1/4tsp
Burger
Heat oil in a frying pan and add onion,green chilly,ginger,garlic,cooked bone less chicken ,garam masala,salt ,pepper ,coriander leaves and saute them ..Saute them till the onion is translucent .By that time raw smell of the ginger garlic will be gone …Now take a blender and add the sauted masala and make a paste …Add egg and corn flour into the chicken paste and mash them well .Now divide this to big balls .Then flatten the balls with ur palm into patties(in the shape of cutlet).Heat oil in a kadai ..Now shallow fry the chicken patties from both sides till they cook brown in colour ..When done remove from oil and drain them ..
Mayonnaise Sauce
Take a blender add all the ingredients and make a white fine paste ….Keep this sauce in the fridge…Take 2tbsp of sauce and mix well with carrot,cabbage and pineapple and keep aside…
Setting of Burger
Cut the bun into two equal part ..Apply butter to the inner side of the bun .Then place chicken patties and top of that place mayonnaise salad …Now place tomato slice d onion slice..Cover this with the other part of the bun ..Fix the bun with tooth pick..If u want u can decorate with cherry on the tooth pick
