Method
First of all fry the cashew nuts in 1/2Tbsp of ghee and keep them aside ..Now heat ghee( 1Tbsp )and fry the rava until become light brown ,with in this time its raw smell will go away .. Now boil the water in a deep bottomed non stick pan and then add food colour, salt and pineapple essence..Into this add fried rava slowly at the same time stirring well all the time ..Other wise there is a chance of formation of lumps..Now add sugar and remaining ghee and stir well ..Cook for 10 minutes in law flame ..Now add the fried cashew nuts and cardamom powder …Those who don`t like cardamom avoid it ..By this time the kesari will be thick and soft …Now pour this kesari to a greased plate..When cool cut into desired shapes and enjoy ..Otherwise transfer into small bowls and serve …U can add more ghee if u like ..Those who hate ghee ,they can use refined oil instead of ghee…
