Ingredients
Raw Rice(pacha Ari)-1cup
Coconut Milk-1cup (half of a coconut)
Salt -to taste
Egg-1
Water-3-4 cup
Method
Soak the rice overnight.Grind the rice finely into the batter and add the egg when you are grinding .Add coconut milk ,water and salt .Mix well. The batter should be in water consistency (Like this buttermilk).Heat a non stick pan(Tawa should be very hot ,then only u get the small small holes in the dosa )
Pour one big spoon of batter in the pan, lift it and rotate to spread the batter in the pan to make a circular shape .Rotate as soon as u pour the batter .The action should be quick .If u r using a normal tawa then wipe the with a tissue paper or cloth dipped in oil to avoid sticking .U cant spread this dosa as we used to do with the normal dosa coz here the batter is too watery. Otherwise it will very difficult to take it from the pan .Transfer in to a serving plate .
.Cook for 2 minutes .By the time the edge will come out by itself .Once it is cooked fold the dosa into half and again half as shown in the pictures.
Otherwise it will be very difficult to take it from the pan .Transfer in to a serving plate .
Serve with coconut milk -sugar,chutney,chicken curry, stew etc etc..(have with anything u find interesting)

hum..this i think is neer dosa. But a small difference.we make it without egg..and reminded me of veesipathiri..its just like this.very thin..but only rice, water, pinch of cardamom powder and salt…make it a very thin batter and while pouring just rotate…(thats why its veesi’)fold just like this.may be you are aware..
And many congrats for that hard working blogger award.
I am thankful ..for remembering me..that itself is an award..right ? you fellow bloggies are real treasure..Love you.

Veena, can I suggest something? You have a great blog… it would be even nicer if you can display your recent posts on the front page above the menu section. So people who come here to read your blog, will know what the new posts are. I know you have a recent posts section in the sidebar, but it is not very prominent. For example, I have been here many times, but failed to notice that.
Just a suggestion. 🙂
