Ingredients
Ripe Mango(Alphonsa)-3
Sugar-3tbsp
Milk-3cup
Ice cubes-
Method
Peel and cut the mango into small pieces.Pour it in a blender.Blend well.Then add milk and sugar .If u r using cold milk no need to add ice ..Other wise add ice too..Grind well once again ..Transfer into a serving glass and serve chill.U can increase the amount of milk if u want the shake to be loose in consistency .Same with the amount of sugar also ..

I simple love a mango shake & make this very often during the mango season except tht in mine for the same quantity of milk I add only 1 mango…the kids dont like it very thick. Still I think it tastes really good.
Ur picture look so real ….just like I can pick the glass off the table & gulp it down š

Let me give u a great tip which testes awesome, instead of ice cubes & cold milk try it with frozen milk & milkmade/sugar then grind it with a mixer grinder. 1 Jnali Poovan (banana) per 1 litter will add a cream from.
