Whipping cream -3/4 cup
Egg yolks- of 3 large eggs
Sugar-1/4 cup

Coco Powder-for dusting
Ladyfinger Biscuits /Soft fingers -A large packet
Method
In a big bowl add boiling water ,add coffee powder ,liquor (opt) and 3 to4 tbsp of sugar .. Mix well and allow to cool ..Keep aside
Take water in a sauce pan and boil..
Beat egg yolks, and sugar and salt in a round glass bowl and keep over the sauce pan and stirring continuously …( Cooking egg yolk in a double boiler ) and cook for 5 to 8 minutes.
Use a whisk to make things easier.Do not stop beating until removed from the heat)
Remove bowl from heat and allow to cool ..
When cooled ,beat mascarpone cheese and add to the egg mix and combine well..
In a separate bowl whip fresh cream or dream whip until it holds stiff peaks ..
Then fold the cream to this mascarpone egg yolk mix gently ..
Assemble Tiramisu
Dip half of the ladyfingers very quickly into the coffee, and line the bottom of a 9-inch (23 cm) square dish or ur desired dish .even u can use a glass too
(You might find that you need to break a few into pieces to fit them in the dish).
Spoon half of the mascarpone filling over the lady fingers and spread into an even layer.
Then dip the remaining ladyfingers very quickly into the coffee and arrange a second layer over filling.
Spoon remaining mascarpone mixture over ladyfingers and dust with cocoa powder. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate at least 6 hours.
When ready to serve, dust with extra grated chocolate or cocoa powder.
(Tiramisu can be chilled up to 2 days, but no longer or else the ladyfingers will break down too much).
Note : Tiramisu can be make with whipped cream or beaten egg whites .. Here i used fresh cream …
Egg whites gives more lighter and softer tiramisu ..
And most of the recipes won’t cook the egg yolk but i like this method..
In authentic recipe they use marsala wine ,if u are making it for kids can avoid that ..
