Ingredients 

Poha /Aval-1cup

Grated Coconut-4tbsp

Salt-

Water-1/4cup

Method

In a blender add poha and grind to a coarse powder (consistency of semolina)

Add this in a bowl along with 3 tbsp of coconut and salt ..

Mix well..

Then add water and mix ..

Close the bowl for 10 minutes.

Pour water in a small cooker close the lid without weight .

Heat the cooker in high flame and let the steam begin to come.

Aval Puttu 

By that time take puttu mould, it should be dry , add 1tsp of coconut first then add puttu mix slowly ..

Then close the mould and place in the cooker nozzle and steam for 5-6 minutes.

After 5-6 minutes very tasty easy aval putt will be ready
