Just now I happened to go through “CURRYWORLD” and felt its awsome… You have done a great job by posting such a lot of recepies which you said that u had tried it out in your kitchen…Great !!! I wonder how you find time in experimenting with all these stuffs inspite of being mum of two kids. Also updating the blog is not so easy…

  8. Hi! I recently went to an Indian dinner, and I would love to make some Indian dishes at home. I have never cooked Indian food before. I came upon your website by searching Indian dishes. You seem to be specific and easy to follow. What you recommend as good recipes to an American wanting to cook Indian food for the first time? I am a pretty good cook, but after searching the internet, I am a little overwhelmed with recipies. I really enjoyed the Vegetable Curry I had at the dinner, and I eat seafood, but not other meats. I would like a recommendation for a good “first time” recipe. I also would have some limited access to certain ingredients, but when I first started making Thai food at home, I just “made do” with what I could find, and it alwasy turned out well :). I appreciate any feedback!
