  14. Swapna here comes the recipe of Hammus …..

    ingredients:
One 15-ounce can chickpeas (vella kadala), rinsed and drained well
juice from 1 lemon (about 2 tbsp)
    salt
1-2 cloves garlic, very finely minced
    1/4 cup plain yogurt
3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil, plus more for drizzling
    1/4 teaspoon roasted chilli powder
    minced fresh parsley

    method:
In a food processor , combine the chickpeas, lemon juice, salt, garlic and yogurt. Process for 1 minute, then open the food processer and scrape the sides. Process for another minute. While the processor is running, pour in the olive oil. Taste and check for smooth consistency. If the hummus is too thick, add 1 tablespoon of water. Just before serving, sprinkle with smoked paprika, fresh parsley and drizzle with additional olive oil.
if u don’t have food processor can use our mixi too..

  15. Nithya … Naan recipe for u …

    Ingredients:

2 cups all purpose or plain flour(Maida)
1 cup fresh yogurt or 1 egg
2-3 tbsp melted butter or ghee(Clarified butter)
    1 tbsp sugar
    1 tsp yeast
    Salt to taste
1/3 cup Warm water or as needed

    Method :
Put the sugar and yeast in a small bowl.
Add warm water and let the yeast dissolve. cover and set aside for 10 minutes or until yeast becomes frothy.
Place the flour in a large bowl, add salt and mix well.
Add the ghee, yogurt and yeast. mix well. knead.
Add water if needed to make a soft dough.
If the dough is stiffy, don’t worry. It will get better when it will rise.
Cover and leave to rise in a warm place for 60 minutes.
After 15 minutes, Divide the dough into equal portions and shape them into small balls and place in another bowl, cover and leave to rise again for another 15minutes.
Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead well for about 5-7 minutes.

Shape into oblong nans with help of rolling pin if necessary. Make sure there are no holes in the nan once you are done rolling it out.

Heat a taws on high heat, brush on some ghee or oil, lower the heat to medium and lay the nan on carefully.

Flip over in about 2 mins when the first side starts browning.

Cook closed for 30 seconds to a minute now, depending on the thickness of your nan.
