A fresh fruit and veggie detox can be a great way to give an immune system a nutritional boost, as well as give the digestive system a likely much needed break. Juicing allows you to take in an amount of fresh foods that you would be hard pressed to consume if not in liquid form. If you are looking to rid the body of built up toxins and likely lose a few pounds while you’re at it, a juice detox is a great option.
Freshly extracted apple,cucumber,and celery Juice ,combined with the zingy zest of ginger and lemon ..This will zing your system and help with your body’s natural detox.
Lemon-1(with rind on)
Ginger-1 medium piece (2.5cm)
Juice the apples ,cucumber,celery,lemon and ginger(remove the seeds in the lemon)
Pour over the ice and serve immediately ..(Here I omitted ice,coz its very difficult to have this cold juice in the early morning 🙂
Dip rice wrapper in medium hot water for few seconds,if the water is too hot u can’t take out the rice wrapper and there is a chance of breaking while taking out ..
So very carefully take out the wrapper and place it in a chopping board (which must be dry )wait for few seconds ,then place each vegetables in small quantity..Now wrap the spring roll..I am posting a video so that u can get an idea how to wrap it ..Hope it will help you to make this wonderful spring roll..Its a must try recipe at least once 🙂 Serve with Thai sweet chilly sauce
