Sugar-opt
Mint leaves-opt
Method
Deseed and make small small pieces using a fork ..
Add sugar if the melon is not that sweet ..
Transfer to a serving glass and decorate with mint leaves…
Avocado-1
Mango-1
Water or milk -1 1/2 cup
Honey or sugar-
Peel both Avocado and Mango and cut into small cubes ..
Blend well with milk or water along with honey or sugar ..
U can increase or decrease the amount of water or milk ..
Serve immediately ..
Enjoy this healthy Smoothie ..
Note: If u want u can add ice too..But i never use 😉
By the by what is the difference between juice and smoothie ?
Smoothie : this is when the whole food is blended into a thick drink using all of the fruit – except for the skin and seed depending on what it is (this should be obvious..I hope!) Smoothies are great as the fibre from the fruit provides sustenance, filling you up and it gets your bowels moving .
Juice – this is when ONLY the juice is extracted from the fruit or vegetable leaving the fibre in the pulp collector at the back of the machine..

Apple-2
Guava-2
Sugar-2tbsp or of ur choice
Water-1/2cup
Wash and peel both apple and guava .
Cut into small pieces
Add these pieces to a blender along with water and sugar .
Blend well.
Strain and pour to a beautiful glass and serve immediately. 🙂
Cucumber-1cup(peeled and chopped)
Yogurt-250gm
Mint leaves-3
Salt- to taste
Add all the ingredients in a blender and blend well..If u want the drink to be bit loose u can add water ..
Otherwise strain it and keep in the fridge for at least 2 hours before serving….. (U can increase or decrease the number of mint according to ur taste )
