Ingredients
Mango-3 (preferably Alphonso )
Milk-1 cup
Milk powder-2/3 cup or 6 tbsp
Sugar-6tbsp
Vanilla essence-1/2tbsp
Mango essence-1tbsp
Whipped Cream-2 cup
Method
In a jar ,add cubed mango pieces ,1/2 cup cold milk ,milk powder ,sugar ,vanilla essence and mango essence
Make a smooth mix
In a steel or glass vessel add some ice cubes and water
Place another vessel and add one sachet of whipping powder
To that add 1/2 cup of cold milk and using a hand mixer ,whip in low to medium speed till soft peaks
U can put both the whipping vessel and blades in the freezer for 30 minutes so that u can able to get the soft peaks easily )
If u have whipping cream ,u can use that ,or u can but already whipped cream from supermarket (so use accordingly )
Now mix both mango mix and whipped cream evenly ..
Transfer this ice cream mix into popsicles moulds or a container and freeze for 3-4 hours
After that take out the ice cream 10 before serving
It will help to soften the ice cream ..
