Ingredients
Wheat Flour -1/2cup
All Purpose Flour-1/2 cup
Water-less than 1/2 cup
Salt-to taste
Rice flour -for dusting
Oil-
Method
In a bowl add both flours and salt , Mix well..
Add water little by little and make a very soft dough ..
Cover it with a wet kitchen cloth and allow to rest for 20 to 30 minutes ..
Then again knead well for 1 minutes ..
Make small balls of equal size..
Take a ball of dough and dust with rice flour and make a small chapati .. Take another ball and make another chapati of same size ..
Both of them should be equal .. means u need two dough at a time to make rumali roti
Spread some oil on top of the first dough and then dust with some rice flour ..
Do the same with the second dough too..
Then place the second dough on top of the first one and press the edges and dust in rice flour and roll to a big thin rotti ..
Heat tawa(important part is that the tawa should be very very hot ) and place the rotti ..
When it starts puffing up ,turn it on to the other side and cook ..
Take the rotti and have to separates into two … Then u will get two rumali rottis..
Fold into 4 and keep in a bowl and cover with kitchen towel ..
