Full fat milk-1L
Slice white bread-1
Sugar-10tsp or adjust to ur taste
Cardamom powder-less than 1/4 tsp (increase or decrease according to ur personal taste 🙂
Cut the sides of the bread ,make into small pieces ..
Deseed the pistachios and peel them ..
In a blender add ,bread slices,cornflour,pistachios and 1/2 cup of milk and blend well by making smooth paste and set aside..
In a wide heavy bottomed pan pour remaining milk and cook on medium high heat ..
Stir the milk continuously to avoid burning in the bottom of the pan..
Stir sides of the pan also ..
Boil the milk at about 15 minutes ,then add our bread pista mixture and stir well for another 5 minutes continuously in medium heat..
After that add sugar and cook another few minutes ..
Finally add cardamom powder and crushed pistes and mix well ..
Turn of the fire and allow the milk mix to cool down to room temperature ..
Then pour into individual popsicle moulds and set aside for freezing ..
After 6 to 7 hours our beautiful delicious pistachio kulfi will be ready..
