i just loved it veena chechi…i made kadalacurry and fish ellatha fish curry today..my husband appreciated me about the kadala curry…it was really awesome…

Yam fry
Cut yam into half inch thick flat pieces, cook with water and turmeric, do not overcuk drain off water, heat oil, add ginger garlic paste, fry, add the yam and curry leaves and roast till it is browned on the surface but soft inside, add salt, chili or pepper or both powders, add bit more oil, fry for few more minutes and switch off, if u wish you can add a bit of lemon juice and coriander leaves for garnish
