Ingredients


Aval/rice flakes -2cup

Coconut-1/2 of 1 (freshly grated)

Water-1/4cup

Sugar-4tbsp

Banana-1(small pieces) (opt)

Method

Add aval ,sugar and grated coconut into a bowl .

Thoroughly mix these with ur hand ..

Now add water little by little and mix well …

Close and keep this aside for minimum 15 minutes..

..By this time it will become very soft and sweet ….If u want u can add banana pieces just before serving…

  10. I use melted jaggery instead of sugar!! n sometimes 2-3 drops of ghee also… it gives out a nice aroma.. :).. wil try wit sugar next tym.. 🙂

    you can use red phova instead of white as shown in picture because it is more healthy and tasty
