Ingredients

Mango-1(Indian Alphonso Mango is best for this Lassi)

Milk-1/2cup

Plain Low Fat Yoghurt-1cup

Sugar-1tbsp

Cardamom-seeds of one pod(opt)

Method

Grind the cardamom seeds slightly with a mortar and pestle (if u want to add cardamom ).

Place all the ingredients into a blender  and blend for 1 minute.

Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
