Chicken -1kg(preferably legs)
Red Chilly Powder- 2tsp
Kashmiri Chilly Powder-2tsp
Green Chilly Powder-3
Salt -to taste
1)Grind all the above spices and marinate the chicken for 1 hour .
2)Take a pan and heat oil
3)When the oil is hot,then dip the marinated chicken pieces .
4)Fry it until its finely cooked ..
Its should be dark brown color
Transfer the fried chicken to a serving dish and decorate with curry leaves
