Ingredients
Mutton-1kg
Red Chilly Powder- 1tsp
Kashmiri Chilly Powder-1 1/2tsp
Turmeric Powder-1tsp
Ginger -Garlic Paste-4tsp
Garam masala Powder -2tsp
Green Chilly -4 (slits)
Vinegar-2tsp
Salt-to taste
Coconut Oil-as Req
Big Onion(savala)-3 sliced

Method
First mix the mutton pieces with chilly powder,turmeric powder,masala powder ,ginger garlic paste(2tsp),vinegar and salt for 15 min .
Then pressure cook (5 whistle) ..Depends up on the mutton ..If 5 whistle is not enough cook until the mutton gets soft..
Heat a kadai add coconut oil .Then add big onion ,ginger garlic paste, green chilly,curry leaves d saute well.Add salt if needed..Put mutton into this d stir well..Fry the mutton till it get dark in colour….
