When u read the recipe u can feel it as big and bit difficult. one.But u can do it easily ..Just follow the steps..I didn`t mention the exact quantity of masalas in the step of ingredients but mentioned the exact quantity in each steps (in method)..U can follow it easily.. Its really Tasty …!!
Salt- to taste
Oil- for frying
Take small piece of ginger(1tbsp) and 2 pods of garlic(1tbsp) and grind to a fine paste and keep aside..
Then chop another small piece of ginger(1tbsp) ,2 green chilly, curry leaves(5) ,tomato(1/2 of medium one) and keep that also aside..slice 2 big onion too(lengthwise)..
Marinate the chicken pieces with the masalas(chilly powder(1tsp),turmeric powder(1/2 tsp),coriander powder(1/2 tsp),masala powder(1/2 tsp) ,salt and vinegar(1tsp)) and keep aside for minimum half an hour..
In the meanwhile mix the sliced onion with chilly powder(one pinch)turmeric powder (one pinch),coriander powder(one pinch) and salt..
Heat a kadai and add oil..When the oil is hot add the onion mixture and fry it ..When it become crispy and brown in colour drain them using a seiver.
Add this fried onion mix to a kadai and add chopped ginger ,curry leaves and green chilly … Saute well till the raw smell of the ginger ,garlic goes.Now add tomato slices and cook till medium done .
Transfer the onion mix to a plate and keep aside …
Now u can fry the chicken pieces ..Heat oil in a kadai and when it really hot dip the pieces into the oil one by one and fry it and reduce the heat to medium .Fry it up and down till the chicken become soft and dark red colour..Now remove the chicken from the oil and place them in a tissue paper.(after dipping the pieces ,u can close the pan with a lid ,this will help to maintain the softness of the chicken ,otherwise the chicken will go totally dry,)
In another pan add1 tsp oil and then add ginger-garlic paste and saute well ..Then add the fried onion mix and add a pinch of all powders (chilly powder,masala powder,coriander powder,salt) and stir for few seconds and then add fried chicken…Now saute well for ew minutes till the raw smell goes and the chicken is well marinated with all masalas..
