Grated Coconut-1/2 of 1
Green Chilly-2
Curd-1tbsp
Roasted Cashew nuts or Gram dal or Peanuts-1tbsp
Small onion -1
Salt-to taste
Ginger- very small piece
Curry leaves -2 no
For Seasoning
Oil-1tbsp
Mustard Seeds-1/4tsp
Urad dal-1/4tsp
Curry leaves-1 string
Dry red chilly-2
Method
In a blender grind coconut,onion,ginger ,chilli ,curd,cashew nuts or peanuts or roasted gram dal ,curry leaves d salt along with small amount of water to a smooth paste …
Heat oil in a kadai ..Then add mustard seeds and allow them to splutter ..followed by urad dal saute for a few second
Now add chopped dry chillyi and curry leaves..
Now pour the seasoning to the chutney and mix well.. .. Check the salt..
If u like u can add pinch of sugar to enhance the taste ..
Serve with dosa , Idli etc
