Ingredients

 

 

Atta-2cup

 

Spinach /palak-400gm

 

Water-1/4cup

 

Ghee-1tsp

 

Salt-to taste

 

 

Method

Chop the spinach finely and pressure cook it  adding 1/4cup of water..One whistle is enough ..

When cooled strain the spinach and  grind well …

Then mix  the palak paste in  mix in salt ,ghee or oil while kneading the semi hard dough.

If needed add the drained water used for cooking spinach ..

Keep the dough covered for 10-15 minutes with a wet cloth..

Now divide the dove into small balls and roll to disc shape..Deep fry in the hot oil..

So palak poori is ready to serve … Its a good combination with  dal fry , pickle d subji
