Grated Coconut -handful
Small onion(chuvannulli)-10 chopped
2.Mix all the ingredients together with egg except oil ..
3.Heat oil in a pan and the egg mixture .Stir continuously for 3 to 4 mins or it become golden in colour..
4.Garnish with curry leaves and serve hot with rice or chapaty
Brings out the old memories!!!!
Yes Maria.. U r absolutely right .. My amma used to make this everyday when i was kid (i want only mutta chikkiporichathu for my lunch those days !!) 🙂 Miss those days 😉
