Ingredients

Raw mango -1 small

Grated Coconut-1/2 of 1

Dried red chilli-2

Ginger-very very small piece

Curry leaves-2

small onion-2

Salt -to taste

Method

Roast dry red chilli..

Then grind the roasted red chillies first ,then add mango pieces followed by  rest of the ingredients .. Don’t grind too fine ..

If the mango is too sour ,u can add pinch of sugar to balance the taste ..

Serve with Rice.
