    Its a very nice recipe ..It reminds me of paratha in a jiffy.

    I make this often at home..My version is slightly diff from yours – I add a small hand of coriander leaves and fine paste of ginger, garlic and green chilly ( a little depending on the flour) before grinding the spinach. Also, you can add curd (1-2 tbsp) while grinding.It will help grinding and also will help with softness of chapathi. I love it with curd and pickle or achari baingan
