Self raising Flour-4tbsp
Full fat Milk-3tbsp(room temp)
Egg-2tbsp (whisked )
Banana(robust)1/2 of 1
In a bowl combine flour ,salt and sugar..
Mix well with a spoon or fork..
To that add milk,oil ,egg ,vanilla essence one by one ..
Mix well with out lumps ..
To this add mashed banana and mix well …
Grease a oven safe pan with oil and then pour this cake mix..
Tap the pan to avoid the air bubbles ..
And cook for 2 1/2 minutes …
Ur cake is done dears … After 5 minutes remove from the oven and allow to cool..
Dear readers don’t except this cake to come as nice as vanilla sponge cake we used to bake in convection ..
This is a easy recipe for busy and lazy moms like me to fool ur kids 😉
So we can do one more thing to make this cake more tastier …
Cut the cake into 2 equal parts or bake two small cakes ..
Sprinkle sugar syrup (boil water and add sugar ..when the sugar melts add lemon juice 2tbsp ..To this u can add vanilla essence or pineapple essence or of ur choice …
To the first layer of the cake spread butter icing or whipped cream (its readily available in the supermarket )and cover the the second layer and again top up with the cream …
Note :If u don’t have self raising flour ,don’t worry ..
3/4 cup of maida,1tsp of baking powder and 1/4 tsp of salt ..mix well and use the flour in place of self raising flour
