You can make this with both nentra pazham and cherupazham(poovan,kadhali,robust etc..) I tried with both … both tastes good but taste differ too… 🙂  The major advantage is u can make this  with in no time ..If u don’t want to fry ,u can mix and give to ur kids like ladoo ..Try it dears..

Ingredients

Banana -finely chopped  2 nentra pazham or 7 small banana

Bread -5 slices for nentra ,8 slices for small bananas

Sugar-3tbsp or adjust accordingly

Roasted Crushed Cashew nuts-handful

Ghee-1/2tsp

Oil-for frying

Method

Make bread crumbs by crushing bread slices in a mixer..Keep aside

In a bowl add finely chopped banana,half of the bread crumbs , cashewnuts , ghee and sugar ..

Mix well.. Then try to make small small balls out of it … If u feel its too watery u can add more bread ..

Roll each balls in the remaining bread crumbs and make even balls …

Heat oil and deep fry each balls in medium heat until cooked well ,by that it will be golden colour …

Transfer them to a kitchen tissue ,after cooling down serve with hot tea 🙂
