  1. Hai veena…. it seems a gud recipe.. wil try for sure… coz usually i buy this pickle from brahmin shops…. one doubt when to add water… or is it to wash mangoes…. plz let me know….

Hi Radhika ..THANKS a lot for the comment ..sorry i forgot to mention that step..just updated the recipe .. actually when u brine mangoes and take out after few days ,the saltiness is bit high .. so if u feel like that ,u can remove of that water and replace this boiled cooled water to balance the saltiness and some people like that pickle to be bit loose .. so hope u gt the answer ..still u have doubt plz do right 🙂
