Chicken Breast boneless -1/2 kg
Coconut Oil -for frying
Curry leaves -4-5 string
For the marination
Ginger-1 medium piece
Lemon juice -2 tbsp
Chilli/Kashmiri chilli powder-1 tbsp
Garam Masala-1/4 tsp
All purpose Flour-1tbsp
Curry leaves-2 string
In a large bowl take water and add 2tbsp of salt and curd ..Mix well ..
Then soak chicken breast for minimum one hour …
We are doing this to soften the chicken ..(tenderisation )
After one hour remove chicken from that water and wash well and cut into medium pieces …
Again wash and drain them ..Keep aside ..
In the small jar add all the ingredients under the marination and make fine paste by adding very little about of water..
Marinate chicken with this masala and keep the chicken in the fridge for minimum 30 minutes …
Then heat oil and when the oil is medium hot ,add chicken pieces and fry them in both sides ..
Do these in batches until all done ..First keep the fried chicken pieces in a strainer then transfer to a bowl with kitchen tissue..
Then in the same oil fry green chilli slits ,curry leaves… remove and strain and pour over chicken pieces..
Cut pappadam in to very small pieces and fry them also ..
And finally fry the onion rings ..
Decorate chicken fry with pappad,green chilli,curry leaves and onion rings …
Note : U can add normal chilli powder ,I used kashmiri coz for my kids … So U can increase the spice level according to ur taste buds .. U can use chicken with bones also ..
