Egg-3

Grated Coconut -handful

Green Chilly-3(chopped)

Ginger-1tsp(chopped)

Small onion(chuvannulli)-10 chopped

Curry leaves-10(chopped)

Salt-to taste

Oil-2tsp

Method

1.Beat egg.

2.Mix all the ingredients together with egg except oil ..

3.Heat oil in a pan and the egg mixture .Stir continuously for 3 to 4  mins or it become golden in colour..

4.Garnish with curry leaves and serve hot with rice or chapaty )

  2. Yes Maria.. U r absolutely right .. My amma used to make this everyday when i was kid (i want only mutta chikkiporichathu for my lunch those days !!) 🙂 Miss those days 😉
