Ingredients
Fish -4 medium
Ginger-1 medium
Garlic-2
Green chilli-4
Curryleaves-4
Small Onion-2
Pepper-1tsp
Turmeric Powder-1/4tsp
Kashmiri Chilli Powder-1tbsp
Chilli Powder-1 1/2tbsp
Fennel seed powder-2pinch
Coconut Oil-1tsp
Vinegar-1 1/2tbsp
Salt-1 to 1 1/4tsp
Water-
Oil -for frying
Curry leaves

Method
Clean and wash fish with salt and vinegar ..Here I used 4 medium size Pomfret ..
Vinegar help to remove the bad smell from the fish .
Make gashes and once again wash and drain the fish
Now have prepare the masala
For that in a jar add green chilli, ginger,garlic,small onion ,curry leaves ,turmeric ,kashmiri chilli powder, chilli powder ,fennel powder ,pepper ,salt ,vinegar, coconut oil and water and make a fine thick paste.
Marinate the fish pieces with this masala and keep in the fridge for minimum 20 minutes .
Then shallow fry the fish till cooked well ..
U can use any type of oil u like ..I always use coconut oil
