Ingredients
Mushroom-250gms(button)
Big onion- 1 big chopped finely
Green chilly -2 (slits)
Ginger-1 tbsp slits
Curry leaves-
Tomato sauce-1tbsp
Green chilly sauce-1tsp
Coriander Leaves-few
Salt-
Oil-for frying
For marination
a)
Coriander Powder-1/2tsp
Chilly Powder-1/2tsp
Turmeric Powder-1/4tsp
Ginger-garlic Paste-1tbsp
Ginger slits-1 small piece
Green chilly-3 slits
Tomato Ketchup-1tbsp
Chilly sauce-1/2tbsp
Salt-
Curry leaves-few
Cornflour-4tbsp
Al purpose flour-2tbsp
Colour- a pinch (opt)
Garam masala-less than 1/4tsp
Water – very small amount
Method
Add mushroom and salt to the boiling water ..Cook for 2 minutes
Drain the mushrooms and let them cool..
Now take a bowl and add all the ingredients in the list a) Mix well..now add mushroom ..Mix well …
Keep the marinated mushroom for at least 1 hour .
Now heat oil and deep fry the mushroom and drain well in the kitchen tissue
Heat a non stick pan ,add 1tbsp of oil(use the same oil we used for frying mushrooms)
Add ginger ,onion ,green chilly and curry leaves
Saute for 1 minute in medium flame
Now add salt ,chilly sauce ,tomato ketchup and coriander leaves ..
Mix well…Add fried mushroom to this onion and mix well..Sprinkle very less hot water to this cover for 2 minutes (in low flame )
Garnish with lemon slices and curry leaves ….
So the yummy mushroom 65 is ready to serve
