Ingredients

Carrot-1
Potato-1
Beans-8
Tomato-1/2
Big Onion-1/2 of small
Mustard seeds-1/4tsp
Curry leaves-1 string
Water-2cup
Oil-1tbsp
Salt-to taste
Coriander leaves-few

For the masala paste
Big onion-1/2
Ginger-small piece
Garlic-1clove
Green chilli-1
Curry leaves-5-6 leaves
Cloves-1
Cinnamon-1 small
Cardamom-1
Fennel Seeds-1/4tsp
Grated Coconut-1/2 of 1
Turmeric powder-2 pinch
Coriander powder-1/4tsp

Method
Wash and peel vegetables..Cut into small pieces(potato,carrot,beans,tomato) ..(if u want u can include cauliflower ,green peas etc)
In a cooker add all these vegetable along with 1/2 of a big onion (sliced ) and water …
Cook until done..(one whistle is enough)
Let it cool down and open the cooker and set aside
Add all ingredients listed in masala paste into a blender and make a very fine paste ..
Add this paste to the cooked vegetable along with salt and allow to boil ..
Stir well until the boiling point .. Allow to thicken the gravy to a semi medium consistency ..
Then season with mustard seeds and curry leaves
Garnish with coriander leaves ..
