Chicken (boneless)-500gms

Ginger-1 big piece

Garlic-4 cloves

Curryleaves-3strings

Coriander leaves-handful

Lemon juice-2tbsp

Curd-1 tbsp

Green chilli-3

Chilli powder-1tbsp

Garam masala-1/4tsp (opt)

Salt – to taste

Rice Flour-4 tbsp

Al purpose flour-4tbsp

Red Colour -opt

Water-

Oil-

Method

Grind green chilli,curry leaves,coriander leaves,ginger,garlic,chilli powder,lemon juice ,salt ,curd and make a fine paste ..

Mix this with rice flour and maida along with enough water to make a smooth thick batter ..Check the seasoning ..

Marinate the small chicken pieces in this batter and refrigerate for minimum 2 hours ..

Heat oil and deep fry the chicken in medium flame ..

Transfer to kitchen tissue and serve hot ..

Note:I didn’t add gram masala in this fry ,but if u want u can add ..
